This Cookie Policy explains how the Learnmeld website at learnmeld.com and the web application at app.learnmeld.com (collectively, the "Service") use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies. We are committed to being transparent about these technologies and their purpose.

What are cookies?

Cookies and local storage we use

Learnmeld uses a minimal approach to client-side storage. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Our product analytics (PostHog) operates in cookieless mode — it does not set any cookies on your device and stores no persistent identifiers in your browser.

Local storage (app.learnmeld.com)

The Learnmeld web application uses browser local storage for the following purposes:

Authentication token (JWT) Keeps you logged in between visits. Contains your session information. Until you log out or the token expires (7 days)
Application state Stores UI state managed by the application (e.g., navigation state). Until you clear browser data

Cookies set by Learnmeld

Learnmeld does not currently set any first-party cookies. All client-side data storage is handled through browser local storage as described above.

Third-party cookies

The following third-party services may set cookies when you use Learnmeld:

Managing cookies

You can control and manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View what cookies and local storage data are stored on your device.

Please note that blocking or deleting the authentication token from local storage will log you out of the Learnmeld application. Blocking Cloudflare cookies may prevent you from accessing the Service if a security challenge is triggered.
